COVID 19 & FACE MASKS

Ignite 2021 featured social entrepreneur Jess Ekstrom, master negotiator Kwame Christian and psychologist and bestselling author Dr. Henry Cloud, bringing timely lessons on purpose, communication and leadership during an especially challenging season. Because of COVID, the conference moved from January to April, seated attendees six feet apart and repeated the full program in separate morning and afternoon sessions so both audiences could experience the same speakers safely.

IGNITE LEADERSHIP

IGNITE 2021

Ignite 2021 was unlike any conference we had hosted before. Because of COVID, the event moved from January to April, attendees wore masks, seating was spaced six feet apart and the conference was divided into separate morning and afternoon sessions featuring the same speakers. Even with those changes, the energy in the room remained strong and the day became a meaningful reminder that leadership, connection and growth were still possible during an uncertain time.

Dr. Henry Cloud was a standout, delivering the kind of thoughtful, practical leadership insight that stayed with attendees long after the conference ended. Kwame Christian also brought especially useful lessons on compromise, difficult conversations and negotiation, giving leaders tools they could immediately apply at work and in everyday life. Together, the speakers helped make Ignite 2021 a memorable and encouraging return to gathering as a leadership community.
